Shipping & Delivery
We use DPD Laser Express Logistics for all deliveries within South Africa.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days after payment is received.
Outlying or remote areas may require additional time beyond the standard delivery window.
Please note: Weekends and public holidays are not shipping days, and orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Fee
A flat shipping rate of R60 per parcel applies to all orders, regardless of parcel size or location.
Order Processing
Orders are dispatched once payment reflects, which is typically immediate for card payments and Instant EFT.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is collected by DPD Laser Express Logistics.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
How to Request a Return

Your full name, Order number, The product(s) you wish to return, Reason for the return
Our team will respond with the return instructions and return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds
Refund Approval
Once your return has been received and inspected:
You will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are made via:
EFT to your bank account, or
The original payment method used at checkout (if applicable).
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
