REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Love My Skin, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return products if:

  • They are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

  • They are returned within 30 days of purchase

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items not eligible:

  • Open or used skincare

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Sale items (unless defective)


2. How to Request a Return

Email us at:

Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for the return

We will provide the return instructions and return address.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers pay return courier fees (unless the product was damaged or incorrect).

  • We recommend using a tracked service.


4. Refund Processing

Once the return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are made via EFT or the original payment method

Shipping fees are not refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours:

We will arrange a refund or replacement at no cost.


6. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
For all other cases, please request a refund instead.
