SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Love My Skin, we aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently.
Below you’ll find full details on our couriers, shipping options, delivery times, and tracking.

1. Delivery Options & Fees

We currently ship using DPD Laser.

DPD Laser – Economy Service

  • Shipping Fee: R60 (incl. VAT)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4–6 working days

  • Available nationwide

2. Warehouse Processing Time

Before your parcel is collected by the courier, our warehouse requires:

  • 2–3 business days for standard processing

  • Up to 7 business days during promotional periods (e.g., sales or peak shopping times)

Processing time is in addition to courier delivery time.

3. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated shipping days refer only to working days (Monday–Friday):

  • Weekends and public holidays are not counted

  • Deliveries to outlying or remote areas may require additional time

  • Delivery delays may occur due to weather, strikes, courier load, or unexpected operational issues

We always do our best to ensure your parcel arrives on time.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You can track your parcel using our tracking page:

To track your parcel, simply enter:

  • Your tracking number 

The system will show your courier status, route, and delivery ETA.

5. Delivery Issues

If your parcel:

  • Is delayed

  • Shows delivered but you haven’t received it

  • Has incorrect tracking updates

  • Arrives damaged

6. Delivery Address Requirements

Please ensure your:

  • Address is complete and correct

  • Phone number is accurate

  • Complex name / apartment number / building details are included

Incorrect details may result in delays or returned parcels.

7. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside South Africa.
